Advice

The Information Office for Foreigners Affairs «isa» provides advice on immigration and integration issues (German, French, Italian, English) and psychosocial advice and support in Albanian, Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, German, English, French, Spanish, Tamil and Turkish.

It supports institutions and organisations in integration issues and advices groups in planning and implementing integration projects. It also runs women’s groups in five languages, German and literacy classes with childcare, information events on current topics and also its own integration projects.
