Ich arbeite bei AppElle, das ist die Hotline der Frauenhäuser im Kanton Bern.

Die Hotline möchte rund um die Uhr Schutz und Notunterkunft für gewaltbetroffene Frauen und ihre Kinder ermöglichen. Wir beraten alle Menschen, welche von Gewalt betroffen sind, ihre Angehörigen, aber auch Fachpersonen, welche Fragen zu diesem Thema haben.

 Frauenhäuser und somit auch AppElle sind vom Kanton anerkannte Opferhilfestellen und unterstehen der Schweigepflicht gemäss dem Opferhilfegesetz. Das heisst, wenn du bei uns anrufst, erzählen wir niemandem davon. AppElle ist kostenlos und du hast auch die Möglichkeit, anonym zu bleiben.

 Die Beratungen finden auf Deutsch und Französisch statt. Wir haben aber immer die Möglichkeit, eine*n Dolmetscher*in dazu zu schalten.

Wenn du bei AppElle anrufst, hören wir dir zu und versuchen mit dir zusammen herauszufinden, was die nächsten Schritte sein könnten. Wir informieren dich über deine Rechte und Unterstützungsmöglichkeiten im Rahmen des Opferhilfegesetzes. Wir leiten dich weiter an die Ambulanten Beratungsstellen oder wir organisieren mit dir Schritt für Schritt den Eintritt in ein Frauenhaus.

Eine der Kernaufgaben von Appell ist das Koordinieren und Planen der Eintritte in die Frauenhäuser. Wir schauen, wo hat es Platz, wo ist es sicher genug, wie kommst du dahin, wie kann der Transport organisiert werden und was musst du alles mitnehmen und auf was musst du achten. Im Rahmen der Soforthilfe vom

Opferhilfegesetz haben wir die Möglichkeit, Opfern von einer Straftat Erste-Hilfe-Massnahmen zu sprechen wie eine Notunterkunft, Überbrückungsgeld, anwaltschaftliche Hilfe oder auch medizinische und therapeutische Erstversorgung.

I work at AppElle, the hotline for women’s shelters in the canton of Bern.

The hotline aims to provide round-the-clock protection and emergency accommodation for women affected by violence and their children. We provide advice to all people affected by violence, their relatives, and professionals who have questions on this topic.

 Women’s shelters, and thus AppElle, are officially recognized victim support services by the canton and are bound by confidentiality under the Victim Support Act. This means that if you call us, we will not share the information with anyone. AppElle is free of costs, and you also have the option to remain anonymous.

Counseling is available in German and French. We can also involve an interpreter at any time.

 When you call AppElle, we listen to you and work together with you to determine the next steps. We inform you about your rights and available support options under the Victim Support Act. We refer you to outpatient counseling services or organize step-by-step access to a women’s shelter.

 One of AppElle's core tasks is coordinating and planning admissions to women’s shelters. We assess where there is space, where it is safe enough, how you can get there, how transport can be arranged, what you need to bring, and what you need to consider.

 As part of emergency assistance under the Victim Support Act, we can provide victims of a crime with immediate support, such as emergency accommodation, bridging financial assistance, legal aid, or initial medical and therapeutic care.

Je travaille chez AppElle, la ligne d’assistance des foyers pour femmes dans le canton de Berne.

La hotline vise à offrir une protection et un hébergement d’urgence 24 heures sur 24 aux femmes victimes de violences et à leurs enfants. Nous conseillons toutes les personnes touchées par la violence, leurs proches, ainsi que les professionnels ayant des questions sur ce sujet.

Les foyers pour femmes, et donc AppElle, sont des services d’aide aux victimes reconnus par le canton et soumis au secret professionnel conformément à la Loi sur l’aide aux victimes. Cela signifie que si vous nous appelez, nous n’en parlerons à personne. AppElle est gratuit, et vous avez aussi la possibilité de rester anonyme.

Les consultations sont disponibles en allemand et en français. Nous pouvons également faire appel à une interprète à tout moment.

Lorsque vous appelez AppElle, nous vous écoutons et essayons de déterminer avec vous les prochaines étapes possibles. Nous vous informons sur vos droits et les options de soutien disponibles dans le cadre de la Loi sur l’aide aux victimes. Nous vous orientons vers des services de conseil ambulatoire ou organisons, étape par étape, votre entrée dans un foyer pour femmes.

Une des missions principales d’AppElle est de coordonner et de planifier les admissions dans les foyers pour femmes. Nous vérifions où il y a de la place, où c’est suffisamment sûr, comment vous y rendre, comment organiser le transport, ce que vous devez emporter et à quoi vous devez faire attention.

Dans le cadre de l’aide d’urgence prévue par la Loi sur l’aide aux victimes, nous pouvons offrir aux victimes d’un délit un soutien immédiat, comme un hébergement d’urgence, une aide financière de transition, une assistance juridique, ainsi qu’un premier soutien médical et thérapeutique.
